These terms govern your use of mesaden.com, operated by MESADEN Private Limited (CIN U70200MR2026PTC480035), E-206, L&T Tower 2, Seawoods Grand Central, Sector 40, Seawoods, Darave, Navi Mumbai, Thane 400706, Maharashtra, India. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not advice
The content on this site, including cases, frameworks, the Season calendar, corridor statuses and dates, is general information about MESADEN and the world we work in. It is not advice on any specific situation and should not be relied on as such. Some items describe work in development or expected events; dates and statuses may change.
MESADEN provides advisory and problem-solving services. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where a matter needs legal advice, it is given by qualified counsel engaged for that purpose.
3. No engagement until agreed in writing
Contacting us, using a form, or having an introductory call does not create a client relationship. MESADEN acts for a client only once both sides have signed an engagement letter, which sets out the scope, fees and terms of the work. We treat everything you send us in confidence and share it only as our privacy notice describes. The formal confidentiality terms for client work are set out in the engagement letter.
4. Interactive tools
The readiness preview on the Build page is an illustrative self-check, not an assessment, audit or certification. Its results are indicative only. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing you enter is sent to us.
5. Our content and name
The text, design, graphics, photographs (other than those credited to third parties), code and arrangement of this site belong to MESADEN or its licensors. MESADEN™ and the MESADEN mark are trademarks of MESADEN Private Limited; applications for registration are pending. You may view and share links to the site, and quote brief extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish or commercially use its content, or use our name or marks, without written permission.
Third-party images are used under their licences and credited on the pages where they appear.
6. Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use the forms to send spam or unlawful content.
7. Links to other sites
We link to other websites, including Lex Regal, a separate law firm, and sources we cite. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Our liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, MESADEN is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
