Privacy notice

Last updated 7 November 2026

In plain words

  • We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical records any website server keeps.
  • We use it to reply to you, to consider you for a role, and to keep this site secure. Nothing else.
  • We do not sell your data, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time: write to contact@mesaden.com.

1. Who we are

This notice explains how MESADEN Private Limited (CIN U70200MR2026PTC480035), E-206, L&T Tower 2, Seawoods Grand Central, Plot No. R-1, Sector 40, Seawoods, Darave, Navi Mumbai, Thane 400706, Maharashtra, India (“MESADEN”, “we”), handles personal data collected through mesaden.com. For this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller for the purposes of the EU and UK GDPR where those laws apply.

This notice covers the website only. When you become a client, the engagement letter and its terms govern how we handle data in that work.

2. What we collect

What you give us

  • Conversation form: what you write about your situation, how to reach you, and optionally your name, company and a good time to talk.
  • Careers form: your name, location, the way in you are interested in, what you write, a link to your profile or work, and your email.
  • Email: anything you send to our addresses, including attachments such as a CV.

What is collected automatically

  • Server records: our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver and protect the site.
  • Referral source: when you use the conversation form, we note which page you came from (for example, “Go: Explore”) so we understand your enquiry.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial account details, through the website. If a matter needs it, we will arrange a secure route after we have spoken.

3. Why we use it

PurposeBasis
Replying to your enquiry and arranging a callYour consent, given when you submit the form or email us; for EU/UK visitors, also steps at your request before a contract
Considering you for a role or engagementYour consent when you apply
Keeping the site secure and workingLegitimate uses permitted by law; for EU/UK visitors, our legitimate interests
Meeting legal obligationsCompliance with applicable law

We do not use your data for automated decisions about you, for advertising, or to build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the site and reply to you, each bound to use the data only on our instructions:

  • Website hosting and forms: Netlify, Inc., which hosts this site and receives form submissions.
  • Email: Microsoft 365, which delivers and stores our email.
  • Fonts: Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them.

If your enquiry needs a specialist or a partner firm, we will ask you before sharing anything with them. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

Our providers may store and process data outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. We use providers with recognised security standards and contractual safeguards, and we transfer data only to countries not restricted by the Government of India. For EU and UK visitors, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Server records: as kept by our hosting provider, typically for a short period.

When you withdraw consent or the purpose is complete, we delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Cookies and similar technology

This site does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Two features store small items in your own browser only, and send nothing to us:

  • The Build page remembers, for one browser session, that you have seen its opening sequence.
  • The readiness preview on the Build page runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter leaves the page.

If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this notice first.

8. Your rights

Under India’s data protection law you may ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, and withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity;
  • resolve any grievance you have about how we handle your data.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability.

To use any right, write to contact@mesaden.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU or UK, to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), forms are protected against automated spam, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Children

This website is meant for adults acting for themselves or an organisation. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, please tell us and we will delete it.

11. Contact and changes

Questions and grievances about this notice: the Office of the Director, MESADEN Private Limited, at the address above, or contact@mesaden.com.

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
